PMA uses Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. PMA prides itself on Super Fast Delivery, orders are processed and dispatched same day (Monday to Friday before 2pm). PMA has a flat shipping rate of $5.95 Australia wide. Most orders are sent express post so you will receive next business day. Please check to see if your area falls under the Australian Post Next business day guidelines.
It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Please be sure to include the business name in the address information if you are sending to a work address.
If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted.
Should you claim that a parcel has not arrived we must be notified within 7 days of it being due to arrive at your door. A proof of delivery investigation will be ordered by us with Australian Post to determine where the parcel has been sent and who signed for it. If after this investigation it has been determined that Australia Post are at fault a full refund or replacement order will be given to you. If it is deemed the responsibility of you the customer (eg: a signature obtained by a family member or work colleague) then responsibility remains with you the customer to recover the parcel as PMA has fulfilled its obligation to you the customer. If you contact us 14 days or more after the parcel has been shipped from PMA, the customer must accept that the burden of responsibility falls upon them to recover the parcel. While PMA will help the customer to locate the parcel, it is ultimately the customer who is responsible.
