Nine West
PMA Models Melbourne took to the catwalk to showcase Nine West's latest winter fashion. Makeup by 'Gorgeous Cosmetics' and the spectacular dresses provided by Bettina Liano. The event was a huge success and PMA Models look forward to teaming up with Nine West again in the future.
Otter Group
PMA Models provided the 'Otter Group' with fabulous models for the Mitre 10 Trade Show held on the Gold Coast in February. The show went brilliantly with the girls at PMA Models being the major talking point! The girls enjoyed posing in photos and creating attention around the 'Otter Group' stand.
Australian Open
PMA Models represented MYER at the 2009 Australian Open and Brisbane International Tennis. Four of promotional models shared the responsibility of assisting with the National media campaign and merchandise distribution. Careful consideration was taken when selecting the staff to ensure a perfect fit for the brand.
Cadbury
The SPAR Trade Show took place in October 08 on the Gold Coast. PMA provided promotional staff to assist with the launch of a new Cadbury product, Propel. The staff performed exceptionally well and as a result, Cadbury were fortunate enough to come runner up in the 'Best Stand' competition out of hundreds of exhibitors. Since then, PMA Models has formed a valued and on going work relationship with Cadbury.
Spanx National David Jones Launch
PMA Models joined forces with Spanx by Sara Blackely to launch the International slimming hosiery product throughout David Jones stores Australia wide. The staff involved with this campaign undertook detailed training sessions on the product followed by a four-week activation. The models were required to inform shoppers of product benefits, assist with consumer queries and generate overall brand awareness. The objectives were met and retail sales were well above target.
IKEA
PMA Models recently conducted national mass flyer distribution at train stations throughout Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. It was a clever campaign aimed at getting potential shoppers to enter an online competition, which ultimately lead to increased sales across the nation. The PMA street teams were recognised for their enthusiasm, approachable and confident work manner and brilliant looks!
Euro Yachts Boat Shows
The PMA promotional Models stole the show last year in Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast at the International Boat Shows. The staff were superbly presented and equipped with excellent communication skills to optimise the promotion. The girls captured loads of attention and dealt with all customer enquiries in the most professional manner.
Energizer - Melbourne and Sydney
PMA Models provided the perfect staffing solution for the launch of Energizers new 'Energi To Go' campaign in both Sydney and Melbourne. With a highly energetic and proactive promotional team, along with PMA's brilliant campaign management skills, the campaign was a huge success. The staff enjoyed taking over the public limelight at major transit stations and local beaches with their enthusiastic approach to flyer distribution and informing people of the product benefits.
Calypso Nightclub Promotion
A team of 15 PMA Models were individually selected to represent the 'Calypso' Night Club in Coolangatta. Their duties involved meeting and greeting patrons, assisting with drink service and ensuring everyone was having a fantastic time. Throughout the 4-week campaign numbers dramatically increased and people were flocking from great distances to see the highly regarded PMA Models. PMA Models provide talent for various nightclub promotions throughout Melbourne, Sydney, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane. Many PMA Model staff undertook training in drink service and alcohol legalities. They hold a 'Responsible Service of Alcohol' certification.
Enhance Your Image Expo
PMA Models stole the show at the 'Enhance Your Image Expo' held on the Gold Coast last October. Ten models took to the catwalk showcasing an assortment of local designers lingerie and formal wear. With impeccable presentation and natural beauty, the girls left a highly sort after lasting impression.
Future Music Festival - Brisbane
EF Merchandise teamed up with PMA Models for the merchandise sales promotion at 'Future Music' in Brisbane. The girls assisted with sales, looking fabulous in the clothing. The day was a huge success and the girls are looking forward to the next major event with EF Merchandise.
Balmain Leagues Club, Hall of Fame Dinner
Six of the gorgeous Sydney PMA Models hosted an event for the Balmain Leagues Club. The girls were required to meet and greet guests on arrival, assist with seating allocations and sell the raffle tickets. The girls all had a fabulous time and sold record making raffle tickets!
Team Havoc - Ipswich Raceway QLD
Thea and Taesha who are both leading models based on the Gold Coast worked at Willowbank Raceway in Ipswich for Team Havoc. Their promotional duties were to hand out promotional flyers and get involved in the drag racing spirit, proudly sponsored by 'Team Havoc'. During the races, the models enjoyed cheering them on and waving the flag. The girls are looking forward to being a part of Team Havoc again next year.
QLD Truck Show
On the 14th to the 17th May 2009, Chantelle and Bronwyn worked at the Queensland Truck and Machinery Show as promotional models for Fleet Partners. They were to interact with potential clients, bringing them to the stand and challenging them to Wii Sports and Car racing games. Once they challenged the girls, they collected their business cards for the chance to win the Wii Package. The PMA Models also handed out show bags filled with Fleet Partner merchandise - proving to be quite popular. All in all it was a busy expo and having the Wii there definitely attracted attention to the Fleet Partners Stand and with the models beating everyone it was a "challenge who can beat the Fleet Partner Girls!"
Tastes of Gold Coast
Bron and Kirra worked at the introduction to the Tastes of Gold Coast at Jupiters Casino in July 2009, on behalf of Surfers Paradise Alliance. Their job was to attract people to the stand and give them samples of German food cooked by a German chef - whilst also posing for many media appearances! It was a highly successful promotion that created much interest. The models loved wearing the cute German outfits and look forward to working at it again next year.
Monster Energy Drink
PMA Models supplied models for Monster Energy Drink Media Launches throughout Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin and Tasmania. Many models have been fortunate enough to be a part of the SuperX National Series of 2009. These models were flown Australia wide over an eight-week duration enjoying the luxuries five star hotels and participating in media appearances. Jacinta and Ashleigh from QLD along with Katie and Seney from Melbourne featured on channel 7, channel 10 and a major spread in Zoo Magazine. PMA Models had a busy and successful 2009 with Monster and will continue with more National events in 2010.
Through PMA Models I had the opportunity to be cast in a Japanese TVC, for traditional school bags called Fuwarrii. The auditions were Australia wide. Within 24 hours of my audition I was told that they had found what they were looking for. It was a very busy couple of weeks leading up to my departure for Japan. I was responsible for choreographing over 25 aerobic dance routines, which were filmed here and sent to the directors for their approval. I learnt the lyrics to the song in Japanese, and sung and danced my way through the whole routine. It was a huge success in the end. The company was very impressed with the professionalism of PMA Models. They are very excited to be able to continue a relationship with PMA in the future. The commercial is featured all over the world on the internet and has received a whopping amount of views since being released.
